Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Although we make every effort to ensure the information contained within this website is up-to-date & accurate, REVSCheckAustralia.com.au does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of this information. We do not accept responsibility for loss suffered as a result of your reliance on the information within this website. The content on this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that REVSCheckAustralia.com.au will be operational and online 24hrs a day. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage, however arising (whether in negligence or otherwise), in connection with your access, the content, or any ommissions from the content, except where liability is made non-excludable by legislation. The customer agrees and acknowledges that we are not able to and do not give legal advice on the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (PPSA). The customer agrees and acknowledges that we provide information services only. We are not able to confirm whether any particular registration is valid or has the priority expected by a secured party. We do not advise as to the priority rules, including without limitation about competing priorities. Where the Customer requests a PPSR certificate and the services include the provision of that search and retrieval of the certificate, we use reasonable efforts to perform a search of the kind requested using the requested search terms, on the publicly available PPSR. The results of a search can be no more accurate or complete than the publicly available PPSR at the relevant time. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the accuracy of information, we cannot be responsible if the search does not return the required information, including where incorrect information or ambiguous instructions are included in the search request, or because the publicly available registers are not available or hold incorrect information. We will not issue refunds due to incorrect use of this website. eg. prematurely closing or refreshing the web browser. REVSCheckAustralia.com.au takes no responsibility for incorrectly entered email addresses, VINs, HINs, Chassis Numbers, registration numbers, or payment details. Vehicles that have been un-registered for any period may not exist in the NEVDIS database, and therefore will not return information such as write-off history, stolen vehicle data, vehicle and registration details. REVSCheckAustralia.com.au takes no responsibility for the information, or limited information returned by searches for un-registered or previously un-registered vehicles. The information provided by the 14 day updates only indicates a change to finance and should be confirmed by the customer with a newly purchased REVS check and PPSR certificate. REVSCheckAustralia.com.au takes no responsibility for any assumptions made about the updates.

Indemnity

You must indemnify us against all loss, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses (including legal fees), claims and damages arising from any breach of the terms & conditions, any information obtained via this website, or your access to this website.

Access Outside Australia

We do not represent that material or services available from the REVSCheckAustralia.com.au website are appropriate or available for use in countries outside Australia. If you choose to access this site from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with foreign and local laws.

Governing Law

No party may object to the jurisdiction of any of those courts on the ground that it is an inconvenient forum or that it does not have jurisdiction.
